Working together for people and places.

We welcome conversations with local authorities, housing teams and referral partners about supported accommodation and housing support.

Our approach

Housing and support, coordinated

Bridge Housing UK provides supported accommodation alongside practical housing support: housing officer visits, tenancy and benefits guidance, safety and repairs, and signposting to education, training and employment.

Our vision is to bridge the gap in supported housing and to be a safe and accessible provider for the people and organisations we work with.

Ways to work together

Potential partnership pathways

Accommodation enquiries

Ask about supported accommodation for people you are working with, subject to suitability and availability.

Partnership discussions

Ongoing coordination

Agree how information will be shared and how we communicate about residents’ wellbeing, with appropriate consent.

Specific referral routes, contracts and service-level arrangements are to be confirmed by Bridge Housing UK. We do not claim approved-provider status or existing council contracts.

Communication

Communication, coordination and wellbeing

Good partnerships rely on clear communication. We aim to agree contact points, how updates are shared and how concerns are raised, always respecting residents’ privacy and consent.

Resident wellbeing is at the heart of our work, and we signpost to appropriate professional services where additional help is needed.
