Your information, treated with care.
How this website handles enquiries and the information you choose to share.
Website notice prepared 15 October 2026.
Bridge Assistant chat privacy
Bridge Assistant is AI, not a human or emergency service. Messages and the conversation so far are sent to Lovable AI to generate each reply. At the start of each chat you are asked for an optional name and whether the conversation may be saved. If you agree, your messages, the assistant replies, the name you give and the time of the chat are stored in private Lovable Cloud storage that only authorised Bridge Housing UK staff can open, so they can review requests and improve the service. If you decline, chat text is not saved; we keep only an anonymous record that a chat happened, its general topic and message count. Chat content is never sent to advertising or general analytics services. Saved chats are currently kept until you or the organisation ask for them to be deleted; contact info@bridgehousinguk.co.uk to ask for access to or deletion of a saved chat. Do not share medical details, passwords, payment information or identity documents. Temporary keyed, hashed usage counts protect against excessive requests.
Website usage statistics
We count page visits and important actions (such as opening the chat, starting or completing a referral or report, and clicking contact links) using our own first-party system, without cookies. A random identifier is kept in your browser tab’s session storage and is deleted when the tab closes; it cannot identify you. We record the page, the time, the action and the website you came from, but not your IP address, location, device details, names or form contents. Figures are approximate and are used only in aggregate by authorised staff.

Information you provide
An enquiry may include your name, email address, telephone number, enquiry category, subject and message. Landlord enquiries may include property details; partnership enquiries may include an organisation name. Please do not include medical records or sensitive information about another person.
Why information is collected
Enquiry information is collected to understand and respond to your request. The organisation must confirm the appropriate lawful basis for each use before publication, including any further use beyond answering an enquiry. Your privacy acknowledgement is not consent to marketing.

Automated email notifications are not configured. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information to operate the website. The organisation must confirm processor terms and any international-transfer safeguards.
Retention and your rights
A retention period has not yet been confirmed; enquiries are not automatically deleted by this implementation. Contact info@bridgehousinguk.co.uk to ask about access, correction or deletion. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances and lawful basis. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and changes
