Supporting wellbeing, confidence and independence.
Meaningful activities and the right support can help people build routines, connect with others and work towards greater independence. They complement — never replace — professional healthcare.

Checking in, listening and signposting
Our housing officers keep in regular contact with residents. These conversations are a chance to talk about:
- General wellbeing and how things are going
- Day-to-day concerns
- Emotional support and signposting
- Independent living skills
- Recognising when extra help may be needed
- Referrals to appropriate professional services
The frequency of wellbeing checks is to be confirmed. Our team does not provide clinical or medical treatment.
